Food is absolutely amazing, so flavorful, good quality, and greatly priced. One of my favorite things is the music it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING such great songs. Great lighting and fun environment. Totally recommend this place. Come with family and friends. Service is also great, food takes an average time to arrive and servers are so nice!

Been getting takeout from here for years now. I have not gotten anything different for years now. Chicken Tempura Bento Box every time. Never dissapointed with whats given to me. Each little part is filled with greatness. Love it.

Service is great, ambiance is very nice & my favorite thing we had is the drunken noodles. Sushi was fresh, kids loved the bento box. Would definitely recommend for lunch or dinner

This is definitely one of the better Japanese / sushi restaurants I've come across in Jersey, with high quality ingredients and a fusion of different Asian flavors. Specialty rolls were in large portions, with the perfect amount of rice/fish ratio. You will find some out of the box flavors, such as the sushi roll featuring shrimp tempura, banana, and fig. Doesn't sound like a traditional sushi combination, but it somehow works! The bento boxes here seem to be the best value for dinner, providing a taste of everything (and giving you the ability to have a sushi roll with cooked food). This is also the only restaurant I've come across that gives a spicy tuna roll as part of the bento meal, while many other sushi spots opt for something cheaper like a California roll. Service was great & the restaurant has a great atmosphere, fun for grabbing some drinks with friends on the weekend. This restaurant is on the pricier side, but being that it's hard to find quality sushi in NJ I understand why. Will definitely have to try the rest of the menu!

Some of the better sushi spots in the Matawan area. Lots of roll options, must try the black and print specialty roll. Great service, restaurant can get busy on weekends but definitely worth the wait. The cocktails are a must including lychee martini and fire breathing dragon drink.

Veggie Heavy which I personally love. Overall taste is Very light and refreshing light on the oil. I have had cooked dishes and soups as well as a variety of specialty rolls. Rolls are by far the best in the area I've found so far. Order for pick up and service is always quick and attentive. Dining looks clean: I will defiantly need to stay one of these days.

This place had excellent food, the service was really great and they offer alcoholic drinks. They have an extensive menu to the bar, plus their food menu. The interior is spacious and they even had some beautiful details on their tableware and the seating. I would return here if I am going for elegant and higher quality dining.

Came here for lunch. Ganga gets busy and slightly loud. Food was good as always- we had the bento lunch box. Over all, Ganga is a consistent stop with good presentation and food.

Wasn't expecting to be seated right away on Saturday evening, the place was buzzing! The entrance was crowded with parties waiting to be seated and we were lucky. Started with a black and pink roll as an appetizer and for a first time sushi goer it was a hit! Tempur shrimp, fresh crab meat and a light strawberry sauce topped the hefty roll. I ordered a bento box to enjoy a variety of favorites while my partner opted for the filet hibachi. Sesame chicken tasted more like orange chicken but it was enjoyable regardless. Service was quick. The server made sure to get our order in promptly, drinks and water made their way shortly after and he checked in on you without missing a beat. Service was so fast that they did not notice bringing out chipped plates which is a huge no for me. The party next to us had the same fate. Would come back to enjoy a few more tapas and sushi.
